Hailing from the beautiful town of Dublin, Ireland, Brian Nicholas McFadden is an Irish singer, songwriter and television presenter. A former member of Westlife, a pop and soft rock Irish boy band for which he shot to fame in 1998, Brian was born on 12 April 1980. From an early age, he developed an interest in singing, dancing, and football.
Young Brian also acted in the comedy Irish TV series Finbar’s Class. The band releases several hit studio albums and singles which not only became the top 5 singles in Ireland but also featured in the top 10 list of other European countries, New Zealand and Australia.
In March of 2004, he left the band to spend more time with his family. During this time, he also started working on his solo projects. Brian’s personal relationships were never stable. He married singer Kerry Ketona but divorced in 2004. He had two daughters with her. He was also in a relationship with Australian singer-songwriter, musician and actress Delta Goodrem from 2004-2011. Irish Model Vogue Williams got married to him in 2012 but separated in 2017.

Due to his hectic schedule, irregular eating hours, frequent outside food, and frequent traveling, he started putting on a few pounds. He has worked as a judge on Australia’s got talent, was a presenter in Football Superstar, guest judge on Australian Idol and has also appeared as a contestant on shows like Stepping Out, Get your act together, The Jump, Dancing on Ice to name a few.
Long shooting schedules for these shows soon led to an unhealthy lifestyle. Its then that he decided that he had to lose weight. Not just for himself, but for his career and for his children as well. At 39 years of age, the hit-maker lost 7 pounds in just 4 weeks and impressed his fans.
It’s not very uncommon for celebrities working in reality TV shows that require physical activity like dancing or skating or anything else to lose weight. Similarly, when he got involved in TV shows like Strictly come Dancing and Dancing on ice, his physical activity increased.
He, along with the other contestants, took part in hours of hard training for this show which helped him melt those extra pounds away from his body. He has been on and off it since he was 25 years old.

Consumption
You start by consuming just 20 grams of carbohydrates per day for 2 weeks while maintaining a high protein and fat diet. Carbohydrates are slowly added when you’re close to your body weight goals.
A general plate of Brian would consist of steak, eggs, bacon, and a few carrots and other green vegetables. He would supplement this by consuming ample amount of water which prevented him from getting dehydrated due to grueling workout sessions and kept hunger pangs at bay.

Today Brian stands tall and proud at 6 feet and 2 inches and 7 pounds less from his body and with a net worth of 18 million US dollars.
