My credit card was used without my authorization for $259 and I contacted a lady by the name of Christina and she responded: “I apologize for any confusion or inconvenience that this may have caused you. If you decide to file a dispute, we can certainly provide the terms and conditions of your order to you and your bank. We’d be more than happy to issue you a 75% refund on your most recent shipment, we just first need to confirm that you have not yet filed a dispute.” so basically, they are threatening me, that if I call my bank, it will take forever but if I do not, then, they will give me 75% credit? what is this?? shame on you.
